“We had quotes for the kitchen from three banks. Oculen was the only one that told us the monthly number before asking for anything.”
One credit line.Every plan in it.
Draw what you need for each plan, when you need it. Every draw gets its own fixed payment and its own end date, so nothing blurs together.

One line.Separate draws.
You're approved once for a credit line. Each time you need money for a plan, you draw part of it, and that draw gets its own fixed payment and its own end date.

No. Checking your rate uses a soft credit check, which lenders can't see and which doesn't change your score. We only run a hard check if you accept an offer and draw money.
A loan pays out one lump sum. A line is approved once and stays open: you draw what you need, when you need it, and each draw gets its own fixed payment and end date. You pay nothing on the part you haven't drawn.
Lines range from $1,000 to $50,000. Each draw can be any amount from $500 up to what's left on your line.
Most draws arrive in your bank account the next business day. Purchases on the card draw on your line straight away.
No origination fee, no annual fee and no fee for paying early. If a payment is more than 15 days late there is a $15 late fee, and we call you before it's charged.
Yes. Every draw's APR is set on the day you draw and never changes. A later draw may have a different rate, based on your credit at the time.
Checking your rate is a soft credit inquiry. Loans and lines are issued by Harrow & Pine Bank, N.A., member FDIC, and Calder Trust Bank. Not available in all states.
